Associate Producer

Duties:

• Primary duties will include communication between team members, outside developers, and reporting development efforts
• Contribute to current and future Product Development needs by maintaining and enhancing creative relationships with inside and outside developers, reviewing and evaluating competitive products and maintaining and enhancing necessary processes and procedures for product development.
• Assist in the HR process by evaluating applicants and performing various duties through the HR process

Requirements:

• Interpersonal, facilitation, communication and project management skills.
• Process knowledge, attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to identify other business units with necessary technical knowledge and cultivate relationships.
• Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
• Eager to work in the games industry
• Previous experience in online games a plus
• Bachelors in a relevant field a plus
• Agile methodology experience a plus
